Welcome to the YMCA Public School. This app, and the information, content, and services it makes available (which, collectively, are referred to as an app), is provided to you by Generic Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GSSPL) with its principal office in Delhi, India (YMCA Public School or We). These Terms of Use (this Agreement) set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of this app. By accessing or using this app, you accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time. We request you to carefully go through these terms of use (Terms of Use) before you decide to avail the Services of YMCA Public School. By registering with the Company to avail our Services, you irrevocably accept all the obligations stipulated in these Terms of Use and agree to abide by them. Accessing the app through any medium, including but not limited to accessing the app through mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets, is also subject to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you. By using this app, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use as well as the app (which is hereby incorporated by reference herein).

What personal information is collected from you through the App and websites?

  1. Information collection and use

    YMCA Public School is the custodian of data on behalf of the users that use YMCA Public School Websites. We don't own communication data. Users own their data. However, by submitting the data to YMCA Public School, you hereby grant YMCA Public School a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, in connection with the YMCA Public School Service and YMCA Public School's (and its successor's) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the YMCA Public School Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. We will not sell, share, transfer, or rent any personal information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Conditions of Use. YMCA Public School collects information from you on the Sign Up and Registration pages (Profile Pages) of the Websites. YMCA Public School reserves the right to collect, disseminate, sell, or otherwise disclose non-personal information provided by you.

  2. Registration

    During the collection of information on the Profile Pages on the Websites, you are required to provide your applicable contact information (such as name, email address, and the like). A mobile verification code and registration number are used to confirm your identity. An email address is also used to contact you about the materials and information on the Websites. When the Websites request the confirmation of your identity, the Websites will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before such information is requested.

  3. IP Addresses

    Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name, a set of numbers that serve as that computer's Internet Protocol or IP address. When you browse the Websites, our web servers automatically recognize your domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed the Websites.

  4. Third Party Email Addresses

    For the purposes of inviting and introducing third parties to YMCA Public School, you will be given the option to import or otherwise provide email addresses of third parties to YMCA Public School. On doing so, YMCA Public School will not store your affiliated username and corresponding.

  5. Opt Out Procedures

    Upon initial communication from YMCA Public School, you may opt-out of receiving further communication from YMCA Public School. To be completely removed from the YMCA Public School mailing list, you may contact support@genericsoftware.in. If you are using an email forwarding service or another similar service, please make sure to include the correct email address or addresses.

How the information collected is used?

  1. Use of Personal Information

    YMCA Public School does not collect personal information about individuals, except when individuals consent to share such personal information on the Websites. While YMCA Public School takes utmost care with respect to the security of the information you decide to upload, you understand that any information that you disclose on the Website is at your own risk. By uploading/sharing/disclosing your information on the Website, you hereby give your consent to YMCA Public School to store such information on YMCA Public School's servers. YMCA Public School will retain such information you upload on the Website for as long as it is needed to fulfill the service you seek to avail on the Website. If you delete your account, YMCA Public School will delete such information. But please note: There might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage, and we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

  2. Sale of Assets, Merger, Acquisition, Bankruptcy

    Information collected from you may be transferred to third parties as a result of a sale or acquisition, merger, or bankruptcy involving YMCA Public School.

  3. Cookies

    A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. The use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Websites. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates.     YMCA Public School may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track your movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

How information may be shared and disclosed

  1. Sharing

    YMCA Public School may share aggregated demographic information with YMCA Public School's partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. YMCA Public School shall not be liable for the transfer of any personal information resulting from the loss or distribution of data, the delineation or corruption of storage media, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism, or any other event beyond YMCA Public School's control.

    YMCA Public School may partner with third parties to provide specific services. When you sign up for these third-party services, YMCA Public School will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. According to YMCA Public School's contractual arrangements with parties, these parties are not allowed to use personal information except for the explicit purpose of providing these services.

Correcting Inaccuracies

    If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire to use the Websites, you can update your profile on the profile pages of the Websites. YMCA Public School will endeavor to correct, update, or remove your personal data provided to YMCA Public School.

    We may update this privacy policy at any time, with or without advance notice to you. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your personal information or in the Privacy Policy, we will display a notice on the Websites or send you an email so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Websites. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Websites, you may contact us to deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that YMCA Public School has about you and your account.
